HOW DO I ORDER
Feel free to contact us about any enquires you have via email or phone, we are always happily chat about your needs, desires an thoughts. If you decide to go ahead with a bass a confirmation and order sheet will be send out to you with all the details of your custom order, simply sign and send back to us with the deposit, one third of the total bass cost, (non refundable) you then get a build date and ETA of your bass, once construction has begun you will be kept up to date of the build with regular info and pictures.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We are happy to ship worldwide. Please talk to us about your shipping needs, prices for shipping will be given prier to ordering so no nasty surprises. Import duties and taxes will vary depending on country and are at the cost to the customer. All our basses come with a Hiscox litefight cases as standard, these are full flight cases and although lightweight are very tough, more than enough to be shipped anywhere, also great for getting from gig to gig without worrying about your bass or having to carry big heavy cases.
WHATS THE BASS SOUNDS LIKE
Every bass sounds different! Different woods, EQ, pick ups, even the bridge being brass or aluminium will have an effect on the sound, but to give you an idea heres an Omega being played on an Jurojin track, you'll find it on a few of their tracks as well as a Sarvanah 5. Very talented lads check out their stuff.
Lead time can vary greatly, depending on how busy we are, how complicated your build is and how readily available your woods are (only on rarer and not in stock timbers) but we do try and get your bass to you within 3-4 months of receiving deposit, sadly this can go to 6 months busier times but you will be given an ETA on ordering, our aim is to stick to these as close as possible. Should anything change you will be notified in advance.
